Terrible, disturbing movie. Felt sick watching it. I would never reccomend this movie. there are so many better vigilante movies in existence throughout all of years: past present future. i regret watching it.

This is very much a James Gunn movie. It has all of the hallmarks of his creative mind and it's given pretty much free reign across this story. The casting is of course superb and the movie is executed in a way that is both wholesome and sickening. I understand why some people react to this movie but it is at heart a story about grief and loss and insanity and how that impacts the people around you. It's not a perfect movie but it is well worth seeing.
